The Our Way Project
BUILDING BRIDGES · UNDER DEVELOPMENT
The Our Way Project is the culmination of Jason Kelly’s Building Bridges keynote discussions. Using a Rubik’s Cube, Jason identifies links and illustrates how the pieces connect. Our Way carries that conversation forward: helping people find clearer pathways to information, services and opportunity.
We are developing Our Way BC as the first edition, with a vision for future regional editions. The project is under development; download links will be shared when it is ready.
The Our Way Project is an initiative of Gibbs Kelly Consulting Inc.

COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP
© 2026 Gibbs Kelly Consulting Inc. All rights reserved in original materials owned by the company.
Gibbs Kelly Consulting Inc. reserves its rights in the original software, interfaces, artwork, written guides, documentation and original selection or arrangement of materials that it owns or lawfully licenses. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. Downloading, purchasing or using an application does not transfer intellectual property ownership.
Except where applicable law, a separate licence or written permission allows it, you may not copy, adapt or redistribute protected source code or artwork for an unauthorized product, sell unauthorized copies, or remove ownership notices. These restrictions preserve lawful exceptions and rights granted by open-source, open-data and other third-party licences.
OUR WAY™ NAMES AND BRANDING
Our Way™ and its regional edition names identify software published by Gibbs Kelly Consulting Inc. No trademark registration is represented by this notice. You may accurately identify an application by name, link to official information and make other uses permitted by law. You may not use the branding to mislead people about a product’s source, impersonate the publisher, or falsely imply authorization, partnership or endorsement. Contact us about proposed uses of protected logos or brand assets that require permission.
PERMITTED USE
You may use authorized copies for their documented purposes, including helping yourself, family, clients or community members access information and services, subject to the applicable app-store licence and edition-specific terms. Application sharing features and ordinary sharing of public resource contact details are permitted. This does not authorize you to represent the publisher or a listed organization.
APPLE APP STORE AND GOOGLE PLAY
For an application obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement governs the software licence unless an applicable custom EULA is expressly provided. This notice supplements that licence only where compatible and does not replace it. Applicable Google Play terms and user rights required for Google Play distribution continue to apply. This notice does not reduce those rights. Controlling platform requirements prevail in a conflict.
THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION AND INDIGENOUS KNOWLEDGE
The company does not claim exclusive ownership of public facts, service names, office addresses, telephone numbers, third-party brands or linked websites. It claims no ownership of Indigenous languages, traditional knowledge, cultural expressions, Nation names, histories or community identities through these applications. A listing does not establish endorsement or partnership. Source credits and third-party licence notices remain applicable.
PRIVACY, SUPPORT AND PERMISSIONS
Features and data practices may differ by application and version. Consult the privacy policy provided with your specific edition. For support, accessibility requests, corrections, licensing questions or rights concerns, use our Contact page and identify the application, regional edition and version. For a rights concern, identify the material and your relationship to it. Please do not send confidential client records or identity documents.
APPLICABLE RIGHTS AND CHANGES
This notice applies only to the extent permitted by law and preserves mandatory consumer, accessibility and other statutory rights. Updates apply prospectively, subject to required notice or consent, and do not retrospectively remove accrued rights. Subject to mandatory law and platform terms, British Columbia law and applicable Canadian federal law govern this notice. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue where lawful.
